Minsk→Vilnius Ecolines bus at 16:00, €60, ~6h with roughly 2.5h at the border. Exit was uneventful — no questions asked, night-and-day compared to entering at Brest.

Belarus practicalities: bring euros in cash — exchanges are easy and official, Revolut didn't work. Not all hostels take foreigners; Urban Hostel does (Hotel Intourist worked in Brest). Sleeper train Brest→Minsk easy to buy at the station. Stalin Line: Yandex out (~30 km), marshrutka back every 20 min, 6 BYN — look for the 'Minsk' sign in the window.

Warsaw→Brest by Ecolines bus, €40, ~9h total: 2h on the Polish side, 3h on the Belarusian side (long vehicle queue). Belarus took non-Belarusian passports away, then interviewed us one by one upstairs — my phone was handed over and scanned with their device. Assume a full copy. Danish passport, no visa issues otherwise.
